The Ubiquiti NanoStationlocoM5 combines Powerful airMAX CPE radio and MIMO antenna array performance in a compact form factor. This networking product allows you to transmit your wireless signals up to 15KM, or to set up PtP (peer to peer) networks with long range distances (requires 2 units)!

This wireless transmitter / receiver operates on the digital 5Ghz band and uses a “time slot” method of transmission to avoid interference and provide a quality signal. This “time slot” method eliminates hidden node collisions and maximizes airtime efficiency. It provides many magnitudes of performance improvements in latency, throughput, and scalability compared to all other outdoor systems in its class.

On top of all this the Ubiquiti NanoStationlocoM5 provides secure access to the device through password encryption and uses an IP protocol for remote configuration.

Additional frequency models of this wireless receiver / transmitter are available in the 900Mhz, 2.4Ghz, and 3Ghz bands.
