The ETS CAT5-BB is an in-line cabling adapter that permits tapping signals or power sent down a CAT5 cable. This is useful in extracting power or control signals for interfacing to other equipment.
Each of the 8 pins on a CAT5 cable are brought out to Euro-style connector blocks and numbered according to pin 1 left on the RJ jack. Additionally circuit board mounts with double backed tape are included.
